I am a true southern girl to my very core! I am a southern Baptist preacher’s daughter, and wouldn’t have it any other way! Jesus is number one in our household, I believe he is the glue that holds our life together!

I married my best friend, Brandon, on May 8, 2010 and am loving every minute of it! Of course we have our days, but really, who doesn’t?
We have 5 four-legged children, Baby, Tinkerbell, Mia, Zeek, and Skeeter! And a spoiled rotten cat named Ziggy. We just found out that we will be adding a new addition to our family. We are expecting a baby that is due in June 2014!
The main thing you will probably read about on my blog will be my money pit! That would happen to be our fixer upper house! It is our first home, and not to say that it’s the best looking on the block, but it is home and I am very proud of it!

sprucing up others! I went to school at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) and graduated in December 2007 with my Associates of Applied Science in Interior Design.

I work for my family who own Calhoun Produce, Inc. They grow Strawberries during the spring, peas and butterbeans during the summer, and have all kinds of fun fall activities. I believe I have the best job in the whole company! I work in the kitchen and get to be creative whenever the chance arises! We serve lunch daily from March until December. Our daily lunch includes deli sandwiches and soups. We also have a vegetable plate that we serve once a week in the summer. If you are ever in the area drop by and enjoy the activities and lunch!
